These photographs were taken between 5 and 6 p.m. at a crossing in Jogno-district of Seoul. For one hour a day the light reaches the people passing by and turns this common place into a stage.

Observing the people illuminated in front of the darkness recalls the scenic image of a theaterplay. A piece where small gestures become meaningful and intimate.
The gaze on the person next to you. The driving of a hand through the hair. A cheek resting on a shoulder...
